I’ve been seeing all these posts for people who have made video trailers to go with their book launch, and well, dang-nabbit, I figured I’d best get off my butt and make myself one!

So I set out to create one in time for all the Monday promo loops!

Unfortunately, my laptop is not hearty enough to run Adobe Premier CS3. So…I defaulted to Windows Movie Maker. Not my first choice by far, but I guess it got the job done. ^_^ You’ll have to be the judge! So, after a few hours of looking for stock footage and searching for a good soundtrack, I pieced it all together and here is the result:

The soundtrack (which is a fantastic piece of music) was written and performed by Derek R. Audette. It’s called “The Lonesome Death of Jonas Grumby”.
