I know exactly what you mean. In fact, just recently I ran into that old eroding feeling that everything I wrote was crap. I mentioned it to my fellow writers at my local RWA chapter and got some wonderful advice. One member said, "You can't edit a blank page." I took that advice and plunged forward not caring if it was good or bad as long as I had words on the screen. Sure enough, I was back on that pony.
